Anal Sex- An act shrouded in secrecy and one of our last cultural “taboos.” The Church calls it an abomination, the media rarely pays it any mind, and conventional heterosexual wisdom dictates it’s something that it’s something “nice girls” don't do. Let's not forget the real reason people are having anal sex-because it feels good! The anus contains more nerve endings than any other part of a man's body, and more than any part of the female body except for the clitoris. So is it unsafe? Not if you're doing it right.

STD's do spread faster with anal sex than other types of sex, so it’s important to take precautions before you head for the “backdoor.” Always get a thorough medical evaluation that will rule out any STDs and insist that your partner does the same. If you do engage in anal sex with a non-monogamous partner, ALWAYS use condoms and a generous quantity of lubricant since friction can cause your condom to tear.
